Photos and Description of the El Rosario vacation villa rental 3 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, 6 Privacy.

The Villa is located on a small private estate off the main Malaga/Marbella Highway. It is set in its own garden with swimming pool, solarium and large patio with Barbeque. The property has three fully fitted bedrooms, two twin and one double bedroom, two with en-suite facilities. There are 3 bathrooms in total , all with low level W.c. & Sinks. 2 Have showers one of which is a fully level wet room making for easier access There is a fully fitted kitchen with dish washer and washing machine. Heating is provided by full gas fired central heating to all rooms and a wood burning fire.There is air-conditioning to the main living room and master bedroom. Satellite television with full free to air UK digital reception (BBC, ITV Etc) .and DVD players are also available. The clean sandy beach is approx 200m away and there are various Bars and restaurants nearby. The villa is an ideally located for visiting many near and far attractions such as Seville and Gibralter

The villa is situated in a private urbanisation some 6 kms East of Marbella just off the main Marbella, Malaga road. Positioned in its own private grounds some 200 metres away from the beach it is ideal for families and couples alike. Nearby are bars,Restaurants and Supermarket all within walking distance. Whilst a car is not essential there are numerous sites of interest within striking distance such as Marbella itself, Peurto Banus, Gibralter and numerous picturesque Spanish villages.

    A small supplement may apply to Christmas , new year , and Easter bookings.
    A supplement for cleaning will be charged.
