4 bedroom 3 bath sleeps 10

Our home is beautifully decorated in a secure gated community, only 10 min from Disney World. It has a private screened in pool & spa. Game room in garage with ping pong, foosball, air hockey and 4 new 21 speed bikes for your enjoyment. Tennis rackets provided for community tennis court & playground. The home is in excellent condition with upgraded amenities.

Golf: Highland reserve golf links is only 1.5 miles from vacation home. Green fees range from $29.00 twilight to $80.00 peak. There are several courses within 30 minute drive from $26.00 to $59.00. The courses are wonderful and fees include carts.

shopping & restaurants: Within a mile and a half you have large grocery stores & restaurants to eat at if you wish not to cook. If you wish to drive around there will be large shopping malls and factory outlets within a 20 mile radius.

State Park: Lake Louise is 12 miles down the road. There you can camp picnic go for bike rides fish or boating. A beautiful surrounding area that has a lot of birds & wildlife. Spend the day on the sandy shore or go for a nature hike.

Very close to theme parks, but also very close to state park & natural settings of wetlands & wildlife. Lake Louisa is only 12 miles down the road on Hwy 27 N. Shopping & outlet malls very close in. Many golf courses to choose from or take in a fresh drink of orange juice from your local fruit stands. Very peaceful area to relax & rewind.

The house was great and so was the Mgt Team along with the home owners. The house met our needs and it was very clean with a great pool. My only recommendation is a pool cover especially if you are paying for the heated pool. That way you can enjoy a morning swim. We would stay again and love the gated community the home is located in.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

We would like to thank you for a great stay in the house we rented. The house was excellent and suited our purpose very well. Also, great for the age range of our kids, and in particular with the ping pong table, etc that was in the garage. We well efinitely recommend this to our friends and family here in Norway that are planning or thinking about travelling to Orlando for vacation.

All of us had a wonderful time in Florida & your house was great. We found it to be very clean, warm and inviting, and a joy to come back to every evening. I have to say that we can't name a single thing in need of improvement. We loved the game room and the pool area, and the overall size of you home allowed all of us to enjoy time together, as well as that time you need alone to just chill. Again thank you for asking about our trip and we well definitely keep you home in mind for future trips to Florida. You & your husband have been a pleasure to deal with, as was the management co.
