Description of the Tampa vacation house rental
BOAT INCLUDED! Experience luxury Florida living at its best! This 4 bedroom 3 bath home has water views from almost every room. Swim in our crystal clear pool or just enjoy our huge screened in lanai overlooking the water. The interior is a designer showplace. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, walk in closets, TV with cable and DVD player, private bath and a private entrance to the pool area.
Apollo Beach is a quiet waterfront town where you can relax or enjoy world class fishing and water sports. Our location, while secluded, is near Tampa, St Petersburg and Clearwater on the eastern shore of Tampa Bay. Close to all the area attractions including several major league sports teams, deep sea fishing, gulf coast beaches and museums.

Located in Symphony Isles, an exclusive guard gated community with a private beach pavilion, community club house complete with an additional pool and boat ramp! We are only 2 minutes from the Apollo Beach Golf Club, 5 minutes from the Apollo Beach bay front beach park, just a few minutes from I-75, 20 minutes from downtown Tampa, 30 minutes from Busch Gardens and 1-1/2 hour from the Orlando attractions (Disney, Universal and Sea World theme parks). Shopping, movies, and a selection of restaurants are just 5 -15 minutes away. If you choose to dine close by, you will find fabulous food and atmosphere at Circles Restaurant & Marina (gas dock service available), our favorite waterfront indoor/outdoor dining spot.

*Because this is a private, gated community we run criminal background checks on all registered guests 18 and over.*
CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event that the Renter cancels this reservation / contract for any reason, Owner will attempt to re-market / fill the reservation / contract for the Renter prior to the Renter’s Check-In Date. Your contract will be assignable with the Capriccio Land Trust with the approval of the assignee of the Capriccio Land Trust. If the cancellation occurs within less than thirty (30) days of the Check-In Date and the Owner is unable to re-market prior to the Renter’s Check-In Date, the Renter will be liable for fifty (50%) percent of the rental costs. Owner will make all reasonable efforts to re-market / fill the reservation.
