This home is in a beautiful community that has a play ground, tennis courts, basketball court , and a separate pool. Davenport's Dream is a 4 bedroom with 2 Master suites, 3 full bathrooms, family room, dining room, full eat in kitchen, screened in heated pool!!!! In- Kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances, toaster, blender, pot/ pans, dishes and everything you would need. The dining room is beautifully decorated with a large table. Family room has Cable TV channels, DVD/VCR and many movies for all ages. For the kids, there are many board games. There is High Speed Internet Service free of charge. Telephone is available for All Local And Long Distance Calls within the United States at No Extra Charge, There is a Highchair & Double Stroller for Baby use!

In the backyard there is an over sized screened in Heated Pool with pool toys, and a large patio and furniture. There is also a charcoal BBQ In the garage there is a washer and dryer to go home with clean laundry. In the Bonus Room for those who like to 'Rack Them Up' there is a Pool Table.
