Just steps away from the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, Sabine Yacht and Racquet Club is a twelve story luxury high-rise condominium facing the Gulf of Mexico. This unit is located on the eighth floor. All rooms have a panoramic view of the Gulf. There is a very large private balcony with access from all rooms. This unit and all common areas have been completely remodeled, including ceramic tile throughout the condominium. The kitchen has all new appliances and granite countertops. The master suite has a king-size bed, private bath and overlooks the Gulf. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and also overlooks the Gulf. Living room has a new queen-size sleeper sofa. There are three TV's and two DVD players, HBO and CINEMAX included. There is a large swimming pool on the north side of the building, overlooking the boat dock and Little Sabine Bay. Guests can enjoy brand new tennis courts, exercise room and boat launch with Gulf access.

Great location within walking distance to bars and restaurants. Very clean condo with perfect Gulf view. Nice pool. Good selection of beach books.

Perfect vacation!

The description of this property does not do it justice. It was very clean, quiet and secure. It has all the comforts of home: appliances, dishes, t.v., etc. The most amazing view of the Pensacola beach and pier can be seen from the 8th floor balcony of our unit. We watched the waves, dolphins and boats throughout our stay. The swimming pool is huge and fantastic. The property is located within walking distance of shops and restaurants, and of course the beach and pier. You can park your car and forget about it (a definite plus these days). We highly recommend this property for all vacationers and plan to stay at the Sabine Yacht Racquet Club again in the future.
