Rare wetlands waterfront on 12 acres facing beautiful Brooks Creek provides almost total isolation. The new home, completed in March 2008. has 4000 sq. ft. inside and every room has a magnificent view. All of the four bedrooms offer access to the 1800 sq. ft. of patios. A 600 ft. walkway leads the march to a boat dock with water & electric. A canoe is provided and a county boat ramp is 'next door'. By motor boat the property is an hour or less from Oxford, Knapps Narrows, Solomons, Chesapeake Beach and Herrington Harbor. Wildlife observation is a prime activity, and the odds are you can spot bald eagles during your stay. Seasonal hunting on the 12 acres is wonderful for deer, ducks and geese. Fishing for rockfish and others is great, along with crabbing. Bicycles are also provided. Located 100 miles from both Washington and Baltimore makes for a two hour journey.

Also there's a dining bar in the kitchen with stools in addition to the dining room. A crabber lives next door and sells fresh crabs in season for amazingly low prices. You're just a half hour from the fantastic Blackwater Nature Reserve with endless hikes and views. The Hyatt resort is just 15 miles away and offers golfing, spa and top notch restaurants.
