Description of the North Conway vacation house rental
BRAND NEW Home just built on West Side Road in North Conway. Ideal location away from the downtown traffic but just around the corner from downtown North Conway's shops and restaurants and minutes from four major Ski Resorts (Cranmore and Attitash are both within 10 minute drive).
The home is beautifully furnished & comfortable with radiant heated floors & Central A/C. There are 4 TV's including a widescreen flat panel with surround sound & DVD in the fireplaced living room. Modern kitchen with stainless appliances & breakfast peninsula in addition to a farmhouse dining room. A French door leads from the dining room to the 16 X 16 Trex deck with gas grill and gas firepit, perfect for toasting marshmallows. (The deck is not cleared of winter snow.) Full sized washer and dryer. Cable TV, unlimited telephone calling and WiFi are coming this Spring (whenever the ground thaws!)

Enjoy the sandy beach of Echo Lake State Park, the incredible views and rock climbing at Cathedral Ledge, or the golf course at Hale's Location, all only 2 minutes down the street. The beautiful waterfalls of Diana's Baths are only 5 minutes down West Side Road. Take the kids to StoryLand, let them play at the nearby playground, swim at a river swimming hole or catch a ride on the North Conway Scenic Railroad. Shopaholics love the huge tax-free outlet complex less than 10 minutes away. The Farm by the River is across the street, with horseback riding and winter sleigh rides. At the end of the day, relax on the farmer's porch, grill on the comfortable back deck and let the kids run around the huge, 1 acre fenced yard.
