Great place to get away, enjoy the Coast, and rejuvenate your soul. Gold Beach is the best small town in Oregon's Banana Belt. The perfect place to gather with family or friends, cook up a meal, have a glass of wine and enjoy a beautiful sunset on the large ocean view balcony.

In the morning, you can enjoy walks on the beach, yoga on the beach, or just a good book. During the day, there are plenty of local attractions to explore. We recommend Humbug State Park for the best hiking and Coastal views.

Make yourself at home in a brand new, spacious, airy and bright home with 32" LCD HD TV upstairs hidden behind a fun red Armoire. Ipod compatible stereo. Wireless Internet. Luxurious bedding, large closets, deep Jacuzzi Tubs, linens, and temperature control in each room. Downstairs you'll find a perfect room for the kids with TV/DVD combination and a full bed with twin trundle. There are a couple of twin air mattresses for the occasional odd numbers. Two car garage with Security code entry.

About The Owner

I grew up in Seattle, my husband grew up on Long Island, NY. We have always enjoyed our travels to the Pacific Northwest and have dreamed of finding a place near water. We never imagined we could find a place on the Ocean! We are just thrilled and love to share what we have found in the quaint beautiful town of Gold Beach.

The Owner purchased this townhome in 2008
Why The Owner chose Gold Beach

Gold Beach is a step back in time with all of the benefits of today. It is a breath of fresh air, gorgeous sunsets, and amazingly happy, helpful people. There is absolutely something for everyone here in Gold Beach.

What makes this townhome unique

Our favorite walks are down to Hunter Creek. We have amazing neighbors. Grocery stores are close, there are plenty of restaurants and shopping as well as scenic drives and hiking. We absolutely love to just sit on our deck and listen to the Ocean. At night, we curl up on the sofa with a book, music and the fire.

This is a beautiful home just steps to the beach. It is spotlessly clean, very nice furnishings, and just a perfect place to stay. I could not ask for more. It was like new condition, the people are friendly and helpful, and the price is very reasonable for a house just steps to the beach, it is remarkable!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

"I just wanted to follow up with you since our visit to Gold Beach and let you know the rental of your vacation home in Sebastian Shores worked out beautifully. Our parents had an excellent time in Gold Beach and overall we were very happy with the stay. I was surprised to find the internet connection is not wireless. For some reason, I though it would be. It worked out ok, but it would be a good thing to put a wireless router in the house somewhere, and not be stuck in the master bedroom.
Overall, I have to let you know it was a very nice, clean, and the one time we were really stuck, Michele was friendly, responsive, and helpful. We all really enjoyed ourselves.

We did not want to leave. It was PERFECT!!! and we had a fantastic time.
The beds were so comfy..as were the pillows (where did you find them?) The super sturdy dining table (thank you for all the glass coverings!) was suitable for three people sewing and we spent a lot of time there chatting, giggling and enjoying your home.
Thank you again for the wonderful experience. We plan to tell our quilting buddies and let them know how well your house worked for us. Might even get our hubbies to get away with us for a little break on day soon as well.
