This 2000 sq. ft home is fully equipped. Crisp, clean, high quality bedding, great kitchen that is open to the great room, large deck and 4 person hot tub with a private yard - terrific view! Main floor bedroom has King sized bed and full sized closet. The 'Boyne View' second floor bedroom has 2 queen beds and full sized closet. The 'woods view' bedroom has one queen bed and 2 single beds. Each bedroom has a TV/DVD player and DISH TV. The great room has a gas fireplace and 37' LCD TV (currently DISH TV) , DVD and surround sound. Great View. Stove, microwave, new dish washer, garbage disposal, and all the other features you would expect of a fully equipped kitchen! The Game Room has a Pool Table/Air Hockey Table, PlayStation II, X Box & Game Cube!

Close to Beaches, Mackinac Island Dock & Golf!: Beaches are five minutes away. Golf is right there - we are close enough to watch the skiers come down the hills of Boyne! And fall colors are right out the window. Don't forget the cozy hot tub and fireplace! Two wonderful beaches within a 5 minute drive. One with sand dunes, the other in downtown Harbor Springs with a diving platform, picnic area and close to shopping! Michigan's Best Golf is just out our door. More than a dozen great courses close by. We are a 30 minute drive to the Mackinac Island Ferry and Bridge. Two historic forts in the area as well as a re-created settlement to visit. A outdoor waterpark and an indoor water park are both in the area.

Best Ski Location - Boyne and Nubs!: The Harbor Springs Cottage Hot Tub and Great Room Overlook the Boyne Highlands Slopes! Great view of the fireworks from our home too! Our property line borders the Boyne property line - and both Boyne and Nubs Nob are less than three minutes door to door!

Luxury and Value: - Quality bedding, well equipped kitchen including top rated dishwasher and lots of room for your stuff! - Enjoy the 37' LCD TV over the romantic fireplace. - Great room and kitchen are open so everyone enjoys themselves. - Large gas grill and 4 person hot tub on the private deck. - Game room with Pool/AIr Hockey Table, Game Cube and PlayStation II - Full size washer and dryer. - TV/DVD players in all bedrooms. - DISH NETWORK TV in Great Room and all bedrooms. This is a very nice clean cottage for a family vacation. The home is centrally located to a lot of activities. The layout was very spacious. The kids loved the game room. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the needed appliances and cookware. Having our own washer and dryer was a major plus. The hot tub was a nice bonus with a wonderful view. The owners left instructions and an emergency number to reach them. They also included a folder with area attractions and restaurants which was very helpful for us. We were able to travel around the area with ease since the cottage was not far from Harbor Springs and Petosky. We also took a day and went to Mackinac Island and to Traverse City for the Cherry Festival. We had fun trying different restauants around the area and exploring the wonderful state park. It was a great family vacation spot. We would like to stay again possibly in the fall to see all of the beautiful colors of the trees.

What a wonderful home away from home ! This cottage offers all the comforts of home in a simply beatiful setting. Very peaceful. The entire rental process from start to finish was very accomdating and professional.

We were actually lucky enough to be the first renters after some recent updates to the flooring and furniture. Everything was beautiful and I'm certain was just as nice prior to our visit.

Do not hesitate to rent this cottage ! We visit the area annually and this was by far the best place we have ever stayed. We hope to return again.

How can one expand on perfection... we were pleasantly surprised, when we stayed here in June of 08, 6 months after of winter stay. We couldn't believe that there was new furniture in the living room, a new refrigerator with ice maker, a new hard wood floor, updated decorations and art work... we felt everything was wonderful on our stay in January, now even nicer! You can tell that this place is regularly used by the owners, and they have very high standards. We treated this like our own home, taking our shoes off at the door, relaxing and enjoying the retreat.

Beautiful view, great location

The living room looks out over a large lawn, then a fence with bluebird houses, then a very big meadow, then the slopes of Boyne Highlands. No other houses are in view. This was lovely in the summer but also would be beautiful in the winter.
The location is very central- next to Boyne Highlands, down the road from Nubs Nob, near Harbor Springs and Petoskey shopping and eating. Very well stocked kitchen with every possible pot and pan.
Lots to do in the evening- hot tub, DVDs and big screen TVs, game room.
Great bedding- expensive sheets. Laundry right off kitchen.
Although we did not take children, this would be perfect for them and parents since the game room is separate but has its own half bath.

We traveled up to Harbor Springs to Ski Nubs Nob and relax the first weekend after the New Year 2008 and decided to stay at the Trillium Cottage. This was our first stay here, and we are definitely planning to come back, not only during the summer, but also next winter. The location is perfect! It is located close to town, restaurants, and so convenient to the slopes. It's situated on a very nice, quiet street, and the views of Boyne Mountain were especially beautiful at night. The owner, Bob, went above and beyond our expectations in making us feel welcome. The cottage felt like our own private luxury resort complete with all of the amenities you'd expect to find at a resort in Aspen. We loved the fireplace, jacuzzi hot tub, and the open greatroom/kitchen that made coming back from a long day skiing really enjoyable and relaxing. It felt like our own home away from home! This was truly a wonderful vacation experience.
