Rental Rates:
Spetember & October 2008:
$2500.00 US per week.
Non-Holiday 2008:
$3500.00 US per week.
Easter & Thanksgiving Week 2008:
$4500.00 US per week.
Christmas & New Year Dec. 20th to Jan 5th, 2009:
$5500 US per week.
There will be an extra charge of $50 a day per person above 8 people
Rental Rate Notes: Nightly and Weekly rates are based on an occupancy of 8 guests. There are no accommodations for extra persons.
50% of rental fee and security deposit are due when the reservation is made or 90 days prior to reservation date (whichever is less). Balance is due 30 days before arrival.
Refunds: All reservations canceled are subject to a cancellation charge of $100. For reservations canceled less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival, no refund will be made if the home is not rented for the reserved period. If the home is re-rented, all monies will be refunded less the $100 cancellation charge. No refunds will be made for early departures.
