The pool has under pool lights and the deck, which has pool side furniture, can be flood lit for enjoyable evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, microwave, kettle, blender, dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer with ice dispenser. There is also a utility room with an automatic washing machine and dryer. There are very good restaurants/diners, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, tourist centres and a massive 24 hour Wal-mart Superstore, all a few minutes drive from the villa.
As well as the villa's own private pool, Hampton Lakes has a large communal swimming pool, children play areas, floodlit tennis and volleyball courts and a large, beautiful lake. It is only about half an hour from Orlando International (MCO)Airport and about 45 minutes from Sanford Airport. Nearby attractions include the Walt Disney theme parks, Universal Studios, Sea World, Wet ‘n’ Wild and other Water Parks, Shopping and Fishing. There are excellent golf facilities nearby with over 60 fantastic courses open to the public including the new Greg Norman designed “Champions Gate” ( a double 18 hole Championship Course) minutes away. Daytona Beach, Cocoa Beach, The Kennedy Space Center and Busch Gardens are all about an hour’s drive from Hampton Lakes.
