You won't find a better downtown location than this. Located on College Street, this loft is steps from all downtown has to offer...restaurants, clubs, galleries, shopping and Pritchard Park for people watching. The loft is fully furnished with everything you need to make your visit to Asheville comfortable and relaxing. There is a custom tile surround gas fireplace that is open to the Living Room/Dining Room/Kitchen area. The Kitchen is fully equipped should you decide to stay in for dinner. There is a Master bedroom with a Queen Pillowtop and a TV with DVD player. The Master Bath has a jacuzzi tub and adjoins the Master Bedroom. The guest bedroom room is also furnished with a Queen Pillowtop bed. This loft overlooks College Street and shares a private/restricted hallway with the larger Loft at 35 Patton. The two units comprise the 2nd floor of this building. This arrangement is ideal for groups of friends or families.

I Loved this place in Downtown Asheville. Great location. Outfitted with luxury furniture and kitchen items if you decide to cook. The master bedroom was very soundproofed. We were worried because we were there during Belle Cher that there would be alot of noise, but nothing. We slept great and late because the MBR is darkened. Everything is updated and beautiful in the unit and it has fabulous access to 2 streets in downtown Asheville. I would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Wonderful downtown loft!

My husband and I visit Asheville several times a year, and enjoy spending most of our time downtown, shopping, visiting art galleries, and eating at the wide array of delicious restaurants. We usually stay in cabins outside of town, but last year we decided to try staying downtown. We found this wonderful downtown loft online, and it turned out to be one of the best trips to Asheville we've had. Not only is the loft conveniently located right downtown, walking distance to everything, but it is beautiful. The decor is artistic and contemporary, the high ceilings make the loft seem huge, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the loft was very clean and well-maintained. We will definitely be return visitors!
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

Fantastic location, right downtown within walking distance of everything. Very classy decor and absolutely spotless as far as cleanliness goes. Very nice place to relax in and play Scrabble (which is conveniently provided). The Lobster Trap is down a floor, which is great. Table is across the street (which is great). Early Girl Eatery is up the hill and around the corner. Our stay was outstanding and I would highly recommend it.

Since staying at 35 Patton, I can see that 51 College meets the same standards for beauty and luxuriousness. Every detail is thought of for your comfort and the location is ideal.
