You won't find a better downtown location than this. Located on College Street, this loft is steps from all downtown has to offer...restaurants, clubs, galleries, shopping and Pritchard Park for people watching.

The loft is fully furnished with everything you need to make your visit to Asheville comfortable and relaxing.

There is a custom tile surround gas fireplace that is open to the Living Room/Dining Room/Kitchen area. The Kitchen is fully equipped should you decide to stay in for dinner. There is a Master bedroom with a Queen Pillowtop and a TV with DVD player. The Master Bath has a jacuzzi tub and adjoins the Master Bedroom.

The guest bedroom room is furnished with a Queen Pillowtop bed, and the living room sofa can be used as a single bed.

This loft overlooks College Street and shares a private/restricted hallway with the larger Loft at 35 Patton. The two units comprise the 2nd floor of this building. This arrangement is ideal for groups of friends or families.

A Lofty Experience

How perfect to wake up with a cup of coffee, sit at the little cafe table by the window in this delightful condo and observe Asheville dawing! It was easy to plan the day's events from multiple options both within walking distance and beyond. One delicious restaurant after another made dining out each evening an experience to be savored in more ways than one.
Our week seemed to evaporate in this great condo, with its great amenities, great venues, great restaurants, great weather and great people ... needless to say, a great time was had by all!

Wonderful Option When Travelling

We stayed in your loft just last weekend and found it to be a wonderful treat. The accomodations themselves were great, but the location is spectacular - we never got in the car all weekend! We will absolutely recommend this to friends and stay there whenever we are in town. Thanks so much!

Look No Further for a Place to Stay -- This is Perfect!

This loft is in a perfect location for exploring the downtown area of Asheville. Many restaurants, art galleries, parks, shops and historic buildings are in easy walking distance.

The loft itself is wonderful -- you feel like you are staying at a friend's house rather than a rental. There are many nice touches throughout. Very clean and comfortable.

We would highly recommend this loft for an Asheville visit!

Wintry Getway!

We had a great time again in Wintry Asheville in this cozy and warm apartment right in downtown Asheville! Great location, central to all area restaurants and shops. This apartment never fails to exceed our best expectations! Wonderfully decorated with great amenities!
