Return Visit - Great Time Again

My family and I rented this house in mid-August for a week. It was our second stay here (first time was in 2009) and we enjoyed it just as much. We also noticed improvements to what was already a great place, including a deck in the back. It's clear the owners care about the house and strive to make it a comfortable and inviting space.

Barnegat Light is a great beach town for families - it's not overbuilt, it's more on the quiet side, with wide shoulders on the main drag for safe bike riding with kids to places like the lighthouse and really nice beaches. It's the "Jersey Shore" that will never be on MTV and thank God for that!

What a wonderful house/town! 5 Stars

We had a wonderful stay in Barnegat Light on 11th St. The house is charming and clean. There are so many well thought out details for the renter's comfort. We were there with our young daughters, ages 5 and 7 and my elderly mother. The queen bedroom on the first floor was perfect for her and the upstairs bedrooms, spacious and pretty, were perfect for us. We also loved the deck for outdoor meals and reading, outdoor shower and grill. Thank you! We hope to rent again next year.
Barnegat Light is very accomodating for disabilities--we borrowed a beach wheel chair from the city and 2 streets away is a handicapped access beach. It was a really terrific vacation for all of us!

A Home Away From Home

Our family felt right at home in this quiet, spacious, clean and private rental home. It's located on a very quiet block but still within walking distance of restaurants, fishing, boat rentals, crabbing, swimming, antiques, groceries and quaint museums!

The bedrooms are large with plenty of room to place your clothes and hide away the suitcases. Everyone felt they had enough private space. The kitchen is well equipped, no need to bring a lot of kitchen tools (this was one of the things that impressed me because I love to cook).

The house is very clean and well maintained. The landlord is very nice and easy to work with. All of our questions were answered in a timely manner.

Our family truly feels we got our money's worth and will definitely rent this home again in the future. Only next time we'll pack a lot less because this house has everything we need!

My family LOVES this home! This house has become a yearly adventure to visit. The property owners are fabulous! Location is wonderful, you can ride or walk to places to get a quick bite to eat or play on the playground. There are many things to drive to also, but it was so wonderful to return to the quiet area of this beach house. The property is very clean, and we would recommend this beach home to anyone considering this rental. Their listing is very accurate. We wouldn't want to stay anywhere else!
