Wonderful Vacation Home

My family and I stayed at the Seacrest Home for one week and really loved the house and all the space it had in it for the younger kids up to the Grandpa who traveled with us. Everything was provided for cooking, bedding, pool toys and chairs. We spent our time relaxing by the pool and walking down to the beach which was about a 5-7 minute walk. We also had rented a pontoon for 3 days and used the boat lift at the home which worked out great. The home is convenient to shops, dining and the beach. WE felt at "home" which is much better than staying at a hotel.

If we are in the area again we would love to stay again. Everything was A+! Thank you!

Wonderful Vacation Home

My family loved this home as well as Ft. Myers Beach! I was a little concerned before we arrived about how far it was from the beach, but it really just takes a few minutes to walk. We spent a lot of time at the beach as well as many hours enjoying the pool. The house was more than enough room for our family of 6 (2- 19 yr olds, 1- 16 yr old, 1- 12 yr old, as well as my husband and I.) The pool was well equipped with everything you could need - lounge chairs, rafts, etc. And the beach chair cart was such a handy and easy way to bring the chairs with you to the beach. The kids are all begging to go back and stay here next year!

This was our second year here. Last year we stayed 10 days this year it was 3 weeks. This is a very clean comfortable house, plenty of room for everyone. The pool is great with the little tiki umbrella & many pool toys. We like to go into Bonita Springs (a little less traffic most of the time.) The Fish house is good as is the Island Grill down the road a bit. Rent a bike it's the best way to get around.We highly recommend the dolphin tour from the Marina at Santini Plaza. We saw manatees & 2 dolphins waterskied in our wake, the grandkids loved it. The weather was awesome but alas we had to get back to the cold :0( hope to do it again next year.

This house was fabulous. The review above mine must have been mistaken because this house was immaculate and in perfect condition. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked, and we cooked every night. Nice grill. The screen porch was perfect to sit at late night. The pool was very clean and at a perfect temperature. The beach chairs were awesome and it truly was only a block walk to get to the beach. We are all Mom's and know how we love our houses. Everyone of us was pleased and that in itself is amazing! We would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Very nice rental off beach.

We stayed here in December 2010 and the accomodations were very, very nice. Bathrooms had just been remodeled and the kitchen was also recently renovated. Free wi-fi and excellent furniture, bedding and other comfort items. I would definitely rent this property again. The only drawback is the distance to the beach, but the pool definitely compensates a bit.
