This home has recently been remodeled with all new vinyl windows, black granite kitchen counters and bar area, new stainless sink, hardwood floors, rock fireplace, and 52' dual ceiling fans in the open living room. Great/Living room has high ceilings with dining area/bar counter pass through to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped for all types of meal preparation and enjoyment and looks out to the large backyard and patio table with umbrella and gas BBQ grill. The beautiful rock fireplace is gas and features a relaxing reading area with plenty of natural light near the 8' sliding door that opens to the patio and backyard. The yard features several fruit trees, grapevines, and large grass area in a fenced backyard safe for pets or children. The garage is NOT included in this rental home --it is used for owner's storage although use of washer and dryer is allowed. The newly expanded 3 car driveway is not available for trailer or RV parking.
On Friday nights during the summer the city hosts 'Cruisin Grand'. Here 100s of old sports cars are parked along Grand Avenue. Car lovers come from all over to enjoy the night life, see the cars and enjoy the restaurants along Grand avenue in Escondido.
Golf: There are several great courses within 10 miles including Twin Oaks, The Vineyard, Eagle Crest, Hidden Meadows, Castle Creek, San Luis Rey Downs, Pala Mesa, Lake San Marcos, Woods Valley, and 1 mile away is Reidy Creek-- the best Par 3 course in California! Owner is a Professional golfer and will allow use of additional golf club's stored in garage. These Callaway x-12 mens irons with Vokey wedges, Odyssey putter, and Callaway Driver, 3 wood, 5 wood, are available if you just ask!
