Unit 1103 is tiled throughout, with the exception of the bedrooms, which are carpeted. The kitchen is large and fully equipped with plenty of cabinets and granite counter tops. There are three telephones in the unit, one with an answering machine. Each bedroom has a clock radio with CD player, TV with DVD and VCR. The master bedroom has a computer desk with a magnificent view. Connected is a walk-in closet, a large vanity area, and a separate bathroom with jetted tub and a separate glass-enclosed shower. The second bedroom also has an attached vanity area and bathroom as well as TV and VCR. Adjacent to the large open living and dining area is a mirrored wet bar. As expected in a luxury unit, appropriate art work and accessories are well-displayed. Ceilings are high with crown molding throughout. Several rooms have expertly faux-painted walls. Full-sized washer and dryer are in the separate laundry room. A half-bath is located off the entrance hall.
The building has 2 elevators, a well-furnished lounge area, an exercise room with state-of-the art equipment and sauna. The indoor and outdoor pools are surrounded with abundant deck space. Also available is an outdoor charcoal grill. Building security is provided at night.
Renters are entitled to 2 parking spaces; we have one covered reserved parking space near building entrance. A non-reserved space is available.
Minimal stay is for one week (normally Saturday to Saturday). Monthly rentals are available in fall and winter months.
