Seabrook Island is a rare place to get away from it all and enjoy world-class golf, pristine beaches,tennis, horse- back riding, or just relaxing by the resorts ocean front pools. Seabrook Island has two championship golf courses, three miles of beach, tennis center,an equestrian center, beach club, fitness center, and abundant wildlife. This is a two bedroom/two bath villa overlooking the 18th teebox of the Robert Trent Jones Crooked Oaks golf course. It is a Spinnaker villa with a 4-Star rating by Resort Quest. The villa is only a 1/4 mile to the beach across the street. We are situated close to the beach club and golf courses The first floor is very open containing the fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom with twin beds and bathroom. The living room has a queen size sofa bed, love seat , chair and TV/DVD. The dining room seats 6 and the bar area seats another two. Off the first floor is a large porch with table and chairs and a gas grill .

More details: The 1st floor is very open containing the fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom with twin beds and bathroom. The living room has a sofa bed, love seat, extra chair, and TV/DVD player. The dining room table seats 6, the bar area seats another 2. Off the 1st floor is a large porch with table/chairs and gas grill. There is a TV & phone in each bedroom. HI-SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET available throughout. The 2nd floor has the master suite w/ king size bed and bathroom. The master suite has a private deck that overlooks the golf course and a lagoon. Guests will have complete access to club amenities, including 2 golf courses, ocean front beach club, tennis courts, equestrian center, fitness center, 2 restaurants, and more. The ocean front beach club has 2 pools, game room, fitness center, outdoor bar, restaurant, and a kid's club. One of the pools at the beach club is heated year round. Come to our lovely beach house and enjoy all the splendors of the low country.

I found the apartment bright, comfortable, and well-maintained. The kitchen was very well equipped. Everything seemed to be in working order and the area was quiet. My only complaint was that I didn't have cell phone service. I did at the area around the welcome center and the super market but not at the apartment. Might have been my service. We enjoyed watching the gator sunning itself from our window.

Great place to stay. Beautiful view. Close to the beach. Good restaurants nearby. Extremely comfortable and homey villa with lots of amenities.
