Sit back and relax in front of over sized windows framing incredible views of the San Francisco Peaks. Located on the desirable west side of town, our house is two minutes from some of the best hiking and biking trails in the area, yet only five minutes from downtown Flagstaff. The designer decorated home features comfortable bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen, and tons of space for the whole family. Parks, the Museum of Northern Arizona, and trails are all in walking distance. We provide maps of mountain bike and hiking trails, local information, and sightseeing and restaurant recommendations. Use our home as a base for wonderful adventures or enjoy simply soaking in the views. You'll find yourself delightfully cool in the summer (elevation over 7000 feet). In the winter enjoy the fact that the entrance to Snowbowl is only three miles away. Stay once and you'll understand why this is such a special getaway for our family.

Peaceful Relaxing vacation

The house is AWESOME. Better than described. It sits in a quiet neighborhood and is secluded. No noise can be heard from the house and the deck faces a mountain. Great place for breakfast.

There is a lot of space in the house. The bathrooms are big and are furnished with a lot of towels. The washer and driver are new and easy to use. A wireless network is available so I was able to do work while away.
The house locks and opens with an automatic lock, so no key carry.
The house is close to all the sight seeings, Grand Canyon, Petrified Forrest, Montezuma Well, Sedona, and many more.
Communicating with the owner was a breeze. She is very responsive and gives out all the info necessary such as directions, imergency numbers, etc..

I recommend this place for anyone who wants a great place to stay and deal with an honest and competent house owner.
