This beautiful oceanfront 2nd floor unit has great unobstructed ocean views. This south end condo is very attractive and comfortably furnished. The updated interior is inviting and cheerful. Free WiFi and national long distance calls, Cable TV with free HBO, books, games and a movie library make your stay even more enjoyable. The small complex is located in a residential area of the beach, which means no crowded beaches. Walk directly from the deck to the beach. We offer beach chairs and towels, umbrella and beach toys. Relax in comfortable deck chairs for a perfect vacation experience.

My mother, sister and I were in your condo while Tropical Storm Fay visited Florida. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Faye was quite exciting! I have never seen a condo so fully equipped as yours. The beach was just outside the door and the shopping was also very close. Hopefully we will be able to visit again soon!

We completely agree with the 1st guest comment. We recently returned from a week's vacation at Fernandina Beach. This condo was nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable for our family to stay in. The view is the best we've ever had on a beach stay. Beach access is as easy as it looks in the pictures. The area was quiet and peaceful, but you could be anywhere you'd like in a matter of minutes. We definetly hope to return in the future.

This condo was very clean, very nice and incredibly located ON the beach. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and only steps from the beach. We had a wonderful time and the weather was perfect. We will defintely be back. Regina was a pleasure to work with and made the rental process very painless. This condo would be a great getaway for familes or couples.
