This brand-new condominium for rent sleeps four with master bedroom leading into own bathroom. Main bedroom has sliding doors straight out to the lanai and its unrestricted views over the reserve. Looking down one can observe the birds that wade in the canal below. The property has fans in each room and is light and airy and fully furnished. Pool 2 mins away with Barbeque, covered eating area and toilets. Clubhouse and tennis courts are also available. The condominium is ten minutes from Englewood Beach, with daily lifeguards and is never crowded. The beaches are a must to explore and offer fantastic shell and shark tooth hunting, with areas for grilling on the beach. Deep-sea fishing charters are available. Pier fishing, boat rentals available and the sunsets are a treat.

The Key West Express Ferry from Fort Myers Beach takes you to Key West in three-and-one-half hours for day or overnight trips. Sarasota airport is 40 minutes away.
