Just as described. VERY clean with nice amenities. Within walking distance to Douglas beach and downtown Douglas.

We highly recommend this condo to anyone staying in the Saugatuck/Douglas area. The photos accurately depict the condo, and it is very clean and odor-free- you would never know that pets are allowed. The AC and other appliances worked very well, and the unit was well-stocked with dishes, silverware, towels, linens, and board games. The golf course 0.1 miles away is closed, but there are others in the area that are very enjoyable. The cable TV mostly carries news, weather and home shopping (no Tigers games). The DVD works well and the TV is nice. Parking is close, convenient and plentiful. Make sure to confirm your check-in time- it was not listed in our e-mail. Bicycle rentals are available, but we brought our own bikes and very much enjoyed riding to Douglas Beach and down Lakeshore Drive, with marvelous views of Lake Michigan. The beaches are spectacular, and Saugatuck has concerts, theater, restaurants, the SS Keewatin and a sunset cruise to Lake Michigan- an incredible number of fun things to do in a very small town. Six people (two grandparents, two parents, two teen-age boys) and our dog had a wonderful vacation at the Courtyard Condo. Thanks, Rob!

Our stay was the first weekend in October 2010. We were watching for a good weather weekend and hit it perfect, sunny and mid 70's. Rob did a great job for us on short notice. The condo was really perfect and everything was just as advertised, clean and comfortable with a fully stocked kitchen. The location was easy to get to and quiet. It was late season and there was room for my boat trailer. My wife had a great time shopping and I fished Lake Michigan. (4 steelheads and 1 salmon). We enjoyed dining at the Mermaid bar and grill and Marro's in downtown Saugatuck. We will be back and I hope we can stay here again.
