Nestled just behind the vegetation line along the Winchuck River 20 feet above sea level makes for a gentle walk to the Oregon Shores. Easy access to Hwy 101 and a short drive to the Redwood Forest and Wild Rivers section of the Southern Oregon-Northern California Coast. Walk 5 minutes to fishing the Winchuck River from the Beach House. Walk 5 more minutes to the mouth where the river meets the ocean! If you like a little privacy, you will love this area of the beach.

The home is on the ocean side, just off of Hwy 101 about a half mile north of the California border and 5 miles into friendly Brookings. It is only 1 of 2 homes on a dead end street where you can walk a short path to the great Winchuck River and beautiful Pacific ocean.
