Ok, but not what we expected

We have rented several cabins in the Gatlinburg area with no issues, and this was the first where we had to "work" with the owner to ensure it was ready to stay in. Property was not clean, amenities listed are incorrect, no bromide in jacuzzi, owners arguementative. Customer is always right?? No phone or internet. I don't normally write bad reviews, but when I feel like people are being deceptive and want to argue about it...rent at your own risk and if you stay here bring your own sheets.

We always appreciate imput from our guests. This is the first negative comment we
have received in seven years and was quite surprised. Recently we did discontinue
the telephone because surveys show most vacationeers use their cell phones and more
current technalogies. We have contracted with a new cleaning service that will use our
high quality sheets and supplies. We did not personally find any deficiencies with the hot
tub. Please feel free to read our guest book in our cabin and you will see the many happy
extraordinary comments. As you will see from the pictures on the internet our cabin is well
furnished and supplied and well over 3,000 sq. ft. with enormously large rooms,
excellent location to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg with a beautiful, one of a kind mountain view.
We felt it was impossible to satisfy this customer without a full refund and we had already
given him a resonable price. Customer satisfaction and providing a high quality resort cabin
