Our luxurious villa is set within the well kept and peaceful community of Rotonda West with green belts, canals lakes and golf courses. For the nature lovers watch a diversity of wild life from your own property. Herons, armadillos, tortoise and birds of prey. An exceptional number of gorgeous uncrowded beaches of the Gulf of Mexico with barrier islands and inland waterways (10 minutes Drive) .You may charter your own boat for deep sea fishing. Soak up in the sun on the screened pool deck equipped with a barbecue (security screen for kids) and watch one of the stunning South West Florida sunsets! Our family room is equipped with a TV, DVD, free Internet access. DVDs and books are made available. There are separate living and dining rooms. In addition a breakfast nook adjoins the well equipped kitchen. Villa has accommodation for 3 cars. Two bicycles and beach chairs are available. Port Charlotte mall is 20 minutes drive, and factory outlets of Sarasota and Fort Myers one hour away.

Roronda West , Florida located in south west gulf of Mexico is a peaceful community with friendly neighbors. It is 5-10 minutes drive from the gulf of Mexico. Closest Beach is located at Englewood. Gasperrila beach and other small islands are close by. White sandy beaches are uncrowded, Rotonda has 6 world class golf courses. Our villa is in the green belt area and is 10 minutes walk from Long Marsh golf course. Rotonda has a park area with a children's play area, hiking area and an area for an evening get together. There are several restaurants in the and a grocery store. Port Charlotte shopping mall is the largest Mall in south west Florida ( 20 minutes drive) with an impressive collection of shops. Disney world is 2 hours drive. Day trips may be made to the neighboring islands.

It will be refunded within 45 working days of departure after inspection by our management company for any damages and excessive electricity bills (from air conditioning - above normal eg by keeping doors open to the outside). 20% deposit upon booking. Total payment required 8 weeks priar to arrival

Great House and Experience

We spend 2 weeks in the house in Rotonda. 3 Adults and 4 kids and have been very happy. The house is great with a great layout and a lot of space . All is in wonderful new conditions and we had everything what we needed , towels , some bikes, beach chairs , enough plates and cooking utensils , ice box all the way down to small container for fruit and sandwiches when going to the beach. Our day had the same routine we went every day on an excursion , beach, shopping, to another town did a decent amount of driving but always ended up in the house pool at the end of the day. We did a fair amountof self cooking and this is a perfect house for family and people who love to do day trips to various beaches etc. Please bring a car if possible so you can explore and go on day trips. The local Management company and the owners made sure that we had a agreat time and nothing was missing on this vacation experience. We all loved it ....

Dear Wineetha,
We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation in your beautiful house.The house easily accommodated our 6 adults and 2 children. We all enjoyed the pool and ate all our meals at poolside.
The 3 men liked being within minutes of the golf courses and commented on how well kept the greens were.
We found the beaches to be 20 minutes away, by car, but worth the time. Boca Grande was beautiful.
The women shopped at the mall at Port Charlotte which was 20 minutes away; we were happy with our purchases.
We vacation as a family, every year and have never rented a home that was better equipped in every way. We appreciated the binder that Liz provided with local information. We had a great meal at Nicola's. We would definitely return to this quiet residential area and bring our golfing friends with us.

Perfect Florida get-away.Home is very spacious,clean and well furnished. South facing pool provides lots of sun and privacy.
