$100 security deposit to reserve, confirmation and rental agreement emailed upon receipt, rent due 2 weeks prior to arrival. Personal check and/or money order methods of payment. Deposit refundable after departure if policies adhered to. NO SMOKING, NO PET POLICY. Must be age 25 to rent.
For Emergencies call 911. During peak season, which lasts from mid-March through October, the beaches of Destin are patrolled by professional USLA-certified lifeguard personnel from 10:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. 7 days a week. DBSP operates 180 days a year during spring and summer from Memorial Day to the end of October. 6 to 7 beach patrols per shift cover all Destin beaches by roaming ATVs. Also, 2 patrol towers/chairs are located at 2 public beach accesses. During peak season the DBSP sets up safety flags to advise of the water conditions daily.
