Right on the ocean - this secluded oceanfront luxury vacation rental house, cottage is the perfect Nova Scotia holiday accommodation for nature lovers, photographers, families with children & for reunions with family, friends, couples, retreats & groups of women travelers. This one-of-a-kind beach house is one of the first vacation rental properties over the New Brunswick/Nova Scotia border, easily accessible to the TransCanada Highway, a 1.5 hour drive to Halifax International Airport and a straight-forward 2-hour drive to Halifax, capital of the Province of Nova Scotia. Our location makes driving from outside Atlantic Canada an easier & quicker trip.

The world's highest tides are right at the doorstep, 38 windows bring the outdoors inside, all year long, and give visitors absolutely breath-taking ocean views - all day long. The Beach House/cottage can sleep up to 10 visitors; main bedroom has a queen bed and its very own balcony; 2nd bedroom has 2 antique double beds; second floor sunroom has a large double futon, airtight stove, pine cathedral ceiling and an oceanfront balcony; downstairs office has a day bed; cots and children's beds are also available to ensure that your sleeping arrangements can be customized for your visitors' wishes. All beds are covered with wonderful handmade Nova Scotian quilts and there are loads of extra blankets, linens, pllows, and towels.

Amenities include satellite tv (vcr & dvd) and highspeed & wireless internet access. Enjoy catching up with firends on your facebook, while working on your tan on one of our balconies.

A fully equipped self-catering kitchen has all amenities, and eating/sitting area has a gorgeous beachrock fireplace. Main floor sunroom has windows on three sides, and a large separate dining room provides space for guests, visitors, and all your projects. Immediate area showcases the pristine elegance of nature, and lawn and balcony furniture, a propane BBQ, and a children's swing/slide set take care of guests of all ages.

Beach House/cottage has all beach activities, right at your doorstep and is 5 minutes drive from a convenience & antique store and an eco-tour, and 15 minutes drive from Cape Chignecto Park (Nova Scotia’s newest provincial park), museums, restaurants, light houses, eco tour, golf, tennis, major shopping, and much more.   • Jan-April & mid-October to Christmas .. $800/week.
    May-mid June $1000-1500/week.
    Mid-June - mid Sept $1500-3000 /week.
    Early Fall - $1000-1500/week.
    Late Fall - $800/week
    Rates are for 6 visitors in summer week; $100 extra each additional visitor
    Weekend & mid-week breaks are available off-season.
    Harmonized Sales Tax of 15% is added to full cost.
  • All rates for our Nova Scotia beach cottage are quoted in Canadian dollars; Harmonized Sales Tax of 15% is added to all costs - non-refundable deposit of $300 is required within 2 weeks of making a reservation; full payment required 4 weeks in advance of first day of visit; check-in and check-out times can be negotiated with owner; only pets allowed are dogs, if visitor promises to keep them off the furniture; contact owner or very special off-season and last minute special rates.
