Needs work

The building location is convenient, and it most definitely a building for families--this is not a spot for a couple looking for a romantic getaway.
The primary problem was lack of proper management care. The dishes in the cabinets were dirty, and we ended up washing everything in the cupboards to feel we could use them. The sheets on the murphy bed were dirty, and the unit itself is simply run-down and needs some remodeling and TLC. Hard to imagine what they are doing with the cleaning fee, based on what we saw.
The murphy bed mattress was literally unusable. There were nearly exposed springs in certain areas of the bed, and it was clearly a mattress which should have been thrown away some time ago.
Pricing seemed fair based on the marketplace and the location, but once we saw the condition of the unit, it was not worth the money.
As to this unit type in general, while the configuration worked for the two of us, I can't imagine having more than two in the room, certainly not another couple. It is truly just a studio unit with a sliding screen, and there would be no privacy for more than two adults, with access to the bathroom being through that sliding separation.
