The Kona Surf & Racquet Club is located on approximately 12 acres of oceanfront property. This is a beautifully landscaped and gated community. Located next to the ocean Kona County Club golf course, also connected to the Lagoons beach. Large swimming pool and 3 championship tennis courts. Large pavilion and BBQ areas scattered around complex. Within walking distance to best snorkeling beach and Keauhou shopping center and movie theater. Condo is located on bottom floor with a golf course view and parking directly in front, approximately 1115 sq. ft. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with full kitchen and washer & dryer, all amenities included. e.g. (linens, beach towels, hairdryers, ice chest, beach chairs, etc). Ceiling fans in all rooms including lanai. High speed Internet with free long distance calling to US & Canada provided.

Best AAA magazine. Keauhou Outrigger Hotel next door to our complex, great for fun events. For example, chocolate festival, Jazz entertainment and other special events.

We booked another condo to stay in while on the Big Island but had to check on after one night because it was so bad. I contacted the owner and he was very accommodating. We were able to get right in next day! Condo was very clean and quiet. Back lanai is very nice. Condo is roomy and spacious and would be great for two couples. We were very pleased. Just a note...this is on the far end of Ali'i Drive so you do have to drive to get to the shopping, etc., but for us, we liked that because it was quiet! Highly recommend. Thanks, Matt & Heather K.

Great time in Hawaii

We loved our stay in the unit in the Kona surf & Raquet Club. It sits right next to a beautiful golf course. We played Tennis several mornings in the complexes courts. They are centrally located to most of the things we wanted to do. The shopping plaza that is less than a mile away had a grocery store, movie theater, gas station and restaurants. The unit was very nicely decorated and comfortable. It had beach chairs, coolers and even boogie boards for us to borrow. I was surprised at how unique this island was to all the others we have been to. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this unit to anyone. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer.

When you walk into this condo for the first time, you have an immediate positive reaction to its atmosphere. It is clean and comfortable, with beautiful decor. Bird watching on the lanai was my favorite way to start the day. With close access to golf course, snorkel beaches, deep sea fishing and shopping. We found our perfect get away. We plan to stay here again next year.
