I am brazilian living in France and my mother and sister were coming to stay in Paris to celebrate my Birthday. At first I was not sure about the confiability of the website and I really felt insecure. But after reading some rating I decided to take the apartment and IT WAS THE BEST CHOICE I COULD EVER DO!
The sight is AWESOME! Really beautiful! The apartment brings you some parisian classic environment! The bedroom is very good, we have all it is needed in the house and the sofa-bed is very confortable and it fits very good for 4 people.
I didn't say about the location yet: AMAZING! You are just 2 min away from the metro station and less than 10 min from "La Tour Eiffel"! You can go to easily to everywhere in Paris!
I really appreciate all work done in the apartment. Isabelle, Marie you have my "MERCI BEAUCOUP!". We can see your attention and your care in all details! By the way we loved the flowers we had there! Thank you!
For sur I will come back to Paris and I am going to stay there again, now with my father during the summer! Hehe! We left a brazilian flag in the refrigerator for you :)

If you were to picture a perfect Paris apartment, this one fits the bill in all categories. So close to the Eiffel Tower and everything you'd want to do in Paris. Very safe and secure. The view was stunning.
I will definitely stay here again.
We enjoyed staying at this apartment so much. It was my sisters and husbands birthday so we wanted a place near to the Eiffel Tower and shopping etc. it is also close to the Cordon Bleu cooking school which we enjoyed a day of special gourmet treats. Great cafés close by and we loved the open air bus. Our host was amazing and prompt in her response.
The only negatives were the bathroom and the noise from the street. We would definitely stay here again when we come to Paris.
My wife and I and our 11 year old daughter stayed here for 11 nights and found the apartment perfect. Booking the apartment and dealing with Marie was fantastic. The deposit and rental payment was simple and Marie responded via email within 24 hours to our questions. The location is only a 700 metre walk from the Eiffel Tower and close to the RER train station and metro stations. During our stay we were able to enjoy the Bastille Day celebrations and fireworks from the Eiffel Tower and easily walk back to the apartment after and thus escaping the crowds of people. The view from the apartment is amazing and being able to open the windows and watch everyday Parisiens going about their business was a treat. There is a fantastic crepe shop just on the other side of the train bridge and bakery, ATM, restaurants, open air market, shopping mall and supermarkets are all within a short 10 minute stroll. The apartment is on a busy road but once the windows are closed the street noise was minimal. We slept soundly every night (probably from all the walking we did) but this is the best way to see Paris. We have already recommended the apartment to friends and would not hesitate to stay here again.
My husband and I and our 17 yr old daughter stayed at the Marie Antoinette for 9 nights. We chose this apartment based on its location and the fact that it had a kitchen and shower. We were very happy with the location so close to the Bir Hakeim Metro station and RER train stop. Plus, we enjoy walking and took many trips cross town by foot, just to be a part of the street activities. (Note: unfortunately the metro line was shut at this location for the majority of our stay, but the RER got us everywhere we needed to go.) The kitchen served its purpose well with a stovetop and microwave. There is no oven, but it wasn't necessary. There is even a tiny little dishwasher in the kitchen - just the right size for a meal's worth of dishes! A couple of grocery stores are less than a 10 minute walk and there is a twice-weekly street market which we attended. The housekeeper downstairs did a fantastic job on our laundry, returning it spotless and even ironed. We made use of the cable TV to watch the World Cup games and even a couple of movies from the selection in the apartment. But the best part was throwing open the windows and enjoying the sounds of Paris and the view of the Eiffel Tower and the Seine, especially at night.
We spent two weeks in the Marie Antoinette Apartment and became Parisians for those weeks. The view of the Seine and proximity to Bir Hakeim Metro were bonuses. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The rental process went very smoothly, dealing with the owner was very satisfactory and she responded quickly to questions from the start to finish of our trip. I would definitely recommend this apartment for folks who want to be a little away from the hustle and bustle of major tourist areas yet close enough to walk there. Be sure and walk to the Dupleix area for the outdoor market and a neighborhood of shops and restaurants...only 4 blocks from apartment.
