These 4 apartments,in Vaticana area, are on the same floor of a building located right in front of the San Pietro station, only 200 meters from St. Peter’s Basilica and 500 meters from the historic center of Rome (Piazza Navona, the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, etc.). The apartments are in a perfect spot for visit Rome, with easy access to public transportation, airports and trains. The nearby underground parking (3 Euro per night) also makes it a great choice for those arriving by car. These self-catering apartments can accommodate from 5-15 persons each, and furnished in the practical but elegant manner loved by Italians. You’ll find all the comforts you could wish in all the apartments, including air conditioning in every room, computer with Internet access, WiFi connection, washing machine, flat-screen television with Satellite channels and telephone with free local calls.

This large and comfortable 45 sq. meter apartment (about 500 sq. feet) sleeps five and although located on the basement with windows at street level, it is full of light.

    Refundable security deposit: 100 Euro per unit. 20% deposit payable at booking (bank transfer or postal order without any charge, cheque in Euro or credit card with a small charge), with cash in full at the check-in.

    If a cancellation is made after the 15th days before your arrival, the rent must be paid in full.

    In case the apartment is unavailable due to forces beyond our control, the amount paid will be FULLY reimbursed. Other expenses will not be reimbursed.
