We recently stayed in the town home for a week and had a wonderful time. Fortunately, we went during a quiet week since school in GA was just starting. Otherwise it wouldn't be especially private. Lake Chatuge is beautiful and very big. I would recommend having access to a boat if you stay on the lake or you will be confined to the dock and the small recreation areas. The town house is very comfortable and everything was in good working order. The deck has a nice view but will probably need some upkeep this fall. We took advantage of the outdoor grill several times. The owner was very helpful and a delight to work with. All-in-all a very nice vacation stay.
