Fully detached, gulf side apartment, spacious, just under 1000 sq ft. with partial ocean view from the full length veranda. Full kitchen with washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, etc. Separate dining area, large lounge, cathedral ceilings throughout, fully air conditioned, private garage, barbecue. 200 steps to the beach, over the private bridge access at the end of our lane (the property address is Windsong Lane, Sarasota FL 34242.) No roads to cross, then the whitest sand you've ever seen! Paradise!! If you're coming with friends.
