This home is in the heart of Montecito surrounded by multi million dollar estates. Recently re-decorated, it includes Four Bedrooms, Three full Baths, and a spacious eat-in Kitchen including Sub Zero and Bosch appliances. No Children under 10 Spacious Family Room, with gas fireplace, includes a 50” plasma flat-screen television with surround sound, full stereo system, and is open to the Kitchen. The Family Room has French doors leading to a huge backyard which provides relaxing, gorgeous Mountain views, 45 foot pool, spa, fruit orchard, and a large rose garden. The formal Living Room has a gas fireplace as well as a baby grand piano. Enjoy dinner in the separate Dining Room or eat outside on the patio after a refreshing swim in the outdoor pool or relaxing Jacuzzi. Master bedroom has a King bed, with views of the pool and Santa Rosa Mountains. A new luxurious master bath with soaking tub and extra large shower. 5 minutes to downtown Santa Barbara, one mile to the beach.

Wow, great spot! We're just one mile up the road from Montecito Village, Oprah lives up the road, Downtown Santa Barbara is less than 5 minutes away. Beach access is 1.2 miles down the street. We like this location because it's soooo easy to get around. It's not way up the hill, just about a mile up from main street, enough to feel private and secluded while not feeling too distant from town. It's really a great spot.
