Mediterranean Style Condominium building. Exclusive and quiet neighborhood with beautiful views of Halifax River and Atlantic Ocean. The condo is very large (1900 sqf) and has all new carpets, furniture and appliances. The private balcony goes around 3 sides of the building. From covered parking underneath the building you will be whisked up in your private access elevator to your door. Two minute walk to the beach which can be accessed in one direction by car and the other direction on foot. Ten minutes to downtown Daytona and about 1hr 10 to Orlando. Lots of amenities nearby including fishing, boating, golfing, mini golf, water park etc. Some restaurants and 7/11 within walking distance.

Close enough to Orlando for those visits to Disney, via direct freeway link I4. Other attractions nearby include Cape Canaveral and St. Augustine, historic college town, site of the oldest settlement in the USA.

Easy beach access, beautiful condo

We spent a week in July with our three sons. This condo is across the street from the beach but because of the buildings around it, the view is still nice of the ocean and the view of the intracoastal is amazing. The beach access is less than 1/2 a block and leads to both a driving and a non-driving portion of the sand. The condo is quiet, clean, and well equipped for family meals. Having the laundry is certainly a bonus. We enjoyed the swim spa and found it a great place to hang out after time in the waves. Very relaxing! Their are actual beds for four people plus a sofa bed and air mattress. My son slept on the sofa bed all week and it was quite comfortable. Great place for our family vacation to chill out!
