Casa Inca is 170 m2, with a wonderful swimming-pool, wood deck and terrace surrounded by private tropical garden of 1'400 m2. Owner's villa, decorated and furnished very tastefully. Daily maid service, gardener, pool attendant, night security and reception services. Ping-pong table in the garden. Las Terrenas nests in the Samana Peninsula, a little corner of paradise with long white sandy beaches lined with coconut trees, a charming village, wonderful food and a warm welcome. The area offers many excursions and activities.

Las Terrenas is a vibrant and typical Dominican village on the North Coast of the Dominican Republic, on the Samana peninsula, known as the most beautiful part of the island. Many shops and excellent restaurants. Miles of unspoilt beaches and wonderful vegetation. The mix of Europeans who have settled here and the local population is harmonious and the Dominicans are well-known for their friendliness and 'joie de vivre'. From Santo Domingo airport, count 421/2 hours by car or taxi on the new motorway, from Puerto Plata airport, count 3 1/2 hours Taxi air planes (20 minutes) to Las Terrenas can also be arranged. From Cathey airport, 20 minutes by taxi.

  • Deposit of 500 dollars for damages in cash at arrival. Air conditioning will be charged on a pay as you go basis. The meter (separate from the rest of the electricity in the villa) will be set at the beginning of the rental in presence of the guests and billed at the end of the stay. Discounts available for rentals of two or more weeks at certain periods, also for early (more than 6 months) booking or last minute (4 weeks) booking.
  • Rates include daily maid service, gardener, night guardians, pool attendant, on-site manager.
    Towel changes mid and end week, sheets end week. Extra towel/sheet changes, beach towels, cook, baby-sitting, personal laundry can be arranged at a modest fee.

Notes: Casa Inca is luxuriously furnished and decorated with guests' comfort in mind. The three bedrooms all have their own style - two with double beds and one with two one and a half size beds. Mural paintings and colourful curtains and cushions add to the exclusive feeling of the villa. As this is a private owner's villa, only high standard equipment has been purchased. Satellite TV, CD player, DVD and Video players all available. Air-conditioning in the 3 bedrooms and ceiling fans throughout. Washing machine and dryer in laundry room (for security reasons guests cannot use machines, but can give their washing to the maid). Mobile phone and laptop available upon request. Our on-site manager will settle you in the villa and help you with any requests, excursions and rentals. Several supermarkets are available in the village and you can have your shopping delivered to the house. You can also ask our manager to buy basic items for your first meal before your arrival (charged on arrival).
