Our condo is a second floor ocean view unit on the beach in the Windy Hill Section of North Myrtle Beach. It offers a queen bed and 2 twin beds, a new queen sleeper sofa and updated appliances. Large TV in living room with DVD,VCR and CD stereo. Ceiling fans and cable TV in both bedrooms.Our condo also come's with wireless internet. Well kept unit with high chair's on balcony overlooking the beach. Bed sheets, pillow cases and bath towels provided at no extra charge. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for a enjoyable stay. Family groups with at least one adult 25 years or older. No pets please. Also beach chairs are provided for your enjoyment. Owners live in the area and takes great pride in keeping our condo well maintained. Check us out you'll be glad you did.

All ready to book again for next year

This is the first time I have rented a condo and let me just say i looked at alot! I emailed to get info and Steve was great. October is a great month to stay if you are looking for quite and great temps(a few days were cold). When we walked into the condo I was amazed it was complete with all the items you would find in your own home, except a blow dryer. The kitchen had everything I needed for cooking my meals, and I cooked all week. spices, sppons, large crock pot, nice dishes, you get the idea. The beds were great and I love the lamps in the bedrooms. Steve the owner was more than helpful with making all my arangments, and living close by he dropped in to make sure everything was all right. Oh yea, the condo is on the second floor and there is no elevator, the steps on the front are 4 runs to get to the second floor but if you use the steps back by the pool there are only 2 runs of steps. I have knee trouble and thought I would be in trouble with all the steps, then we found the ones in the back at the pool and I was saved. I had a wonderful time and I can't wait to go back and I have all ready sent Steve and email asking about next year. If your looking for a great CLEAN, WELL STOCKED AND COMFY PLACE, then this is the place. Oh yea, the balcony is great, it's on the side of the building so you get a breeze being up. The views are breathtaking! I got to see dolphins, seagulls, pelicans, and I came home with a load of shells!

OMG...what a find!
The description given was right on the money.
It was so very clean, and best of all it was stocked with almost everything you could ask for in a kitchen. Most condos have bare bone minimum, not this one. The linens were waiting for us all nice and clean, even beach chairs that were in great condition.
The owners live nearby which is a big plus when you're renting a condo.
The location was perfect, near grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants. We can't wait to go again!

My husband and I enjoyed this condo very much. The view from the balcony was wonderful. We ate dinner on the balcony during the evenings. The condo was stocked with everything a family would need. The condo is tastefully decorated. We also liked the location of the condo. It is on a very quiet residential street. However, you can get to attractions and basic necessities very quickly. We plan on coming back to this condo several times. The owner was very good at providing information about the area. Overall, it was a wonderful visit.
