A Sufficient House

We rented this house for a bachelor party for 12 guys. The house was sufficient, everyone was able to find a bed, couch, or space for an air mattress. The amenities were fine. However, the property is not in a very nice neighborhood (but then again, what area of AC is actually all that nice), the grass had not been mowed in what looked like a month, there was trash on the front lawn when we arrived (and the trash can reaked and attracted a lot of flies, and a family of kittens was living in the backyard. I called to complain about the situation, and the property owner was pretty unhelpful. While I understood that it had rained the previous 2 nights, it was difficult as the event planner to explain to people who were spending a decent amount of money as to why they were getting what seemed to be a pretty rundown piece of property. And while I can see families enjoying having kittens living on the property, for a group of guys it was annoying to have to worry about them entering the house. Overall, we enjoyed our time in Atlantic City, however that had more to do with our determination to enjoy ourselves more than anything else. Overall, the house is sufficient and the inside is for the most part as advertised.
