Located in a gentle neighborhood and only two blocks from the ocean is this wonderful south facing, sun filled, charming and warm home. It is such a happy home with light, lovely open rooms. On cool evenings you can enjoy a gas fireplace (with cement logs) in the living room. Hardwood floors through out. Each bedroom has a queen bed smothered with pillows, a dresser and chair and is extremely comfortable for four adults. A 'Della Robbia' sofa which sleeps two is easily opened with one click. Kitchen is bright and sunny with an eat in area. (And has a dishwasher) Another plus is the separate cozy dining room which can seat 6 comfortably. Both the front and back kid friendly yards are grassy. Back yard is private and great for reading, sunbathing, or BBQ's. Three on site parking places. Washer/dryer located in the laundry room is off the kitchen.
The area is called Sunset Cliffs named for it's exquiste sunset vistas. You are just 3 minutes from the beginning of a gorgeous coastline walking path high above the Pacific Ocean. It is a spectacular coastline with incredibally panoramic views. Whether you walk a few blocks or the whole two miles just breathing in the ocean air is exhilerating and soul cleansing.
