Short summer vacation at New Smyrna Beach

We stayed 1 week in this condo together with our sons of 16 and 17 years.
Although our sons were not too pleased with the strict rules at the swimming pool, we enjoyed our stay very much. The staff at the reception (and even the pool man) were friendly and helpful. The condo was very clean and fully equipped. There are many restaurants and shops in the immediate area although the bar area was 20 minutes walking.

?We have been vacationing at this condo for the past five years. The location is perfect for a quiet,
relaxing week at the ocean. The condo is comfortable and fully equipped. The view of the ocean
is breathtaking. The beach is clean and uncrowded. There are plenty of excellent restaurants and
grocery stores nearby. We enjoy shopping in town. It is close to all of the Orlando area
attractions. We have already made our reservation for next year.

This was the perfect choice for our family. The unit was clean, quiet, and had all the comforts of home with an excellent location in relation to both the beautiful pool and the no-drive beach.
