This beautiful new apartment, in a small building, is less than a 10 minute walk to the Plaza Independencia and the heart of Mendoza city. The apartment is located in the quiet, residential neighborhood of Quinta, close to shopping, restaurants, and tourist attractions.

The apartment features a beautiful rooftop pool, with stunning views of the Andes Mountains. In addition, the apartment includes complimentary WIFI, VOIP telephone service for free calling to and from the US and Canada, and a local cell phone. Other amenities include a 32" plasma television with DirecTV satellite programming, DVD player, and mini-stereo system. The building offers free use of a full-sized washer and dryer.

Renée and I have rented this apartment more then once and expect to do so again when visiting Mendoza.It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and had the convenience of WiFi and and an international phone connection, all the things we require when we combine business with pleasure.Rental was easy, prices are reasonable and the owners are very accommodating.The rooftop pool, parrilla and meeting room and, the fabulous view of both the Andes and the city are a bonus for this apartment.Great location too.Sincerely,Ken BakerWoodside, OntarioCanada
