This recently renovated spacious, bright, open, 3600 square foot Princeville home, with gorgeous views from EVERY window in the house, is located in the gated Queen Emma's Bluff neighborhood. Not only do you have the #1 Hawaii golf course in your backyard, you can within minutes walk to the beautiful Anini Beach from your doorstep. This executive home is fully equipped for your enjoyment and comfort. In 2007 and 2008 we went to town with new carpet and paint throughout, NEW fixtures, all NEW designer furniture and NEW high end appliances. From the moment you pass through the oversized koa wood front doors through the 50 foot entry hallway, you will feel as though you have arrived.
