  • Rent the Whole Duplex (4BR, 2BA) .. $2200/week. **Holidays and Lobster week are extra.
    Monthly Rates - Pay for Three Weeks, get Fourth Week FREE!
    $500 Deposit, plus $25 Booking Fee due within 10 days of booking.
    Half Rent due within 30 days; Balance due 15 days prior to check-in.
    5.6% Surcharge for credit cards.
    ONE WEEK MINIMUM RENTAL. No nightly rentals.
