Wasted Cleaning fee Houston

The house fit the description for the most part but upon arrival with 8 adults we were surprised to find limited space available. More accurately it sleeps six adults and maybe 8 children. No internet access was available and after paying the cleaning fee the owner refused to refund money because the house was too dirty and when questioned about the limited space the owner hung up and would not respond to telephone calls. Please do not waste your money on the "cleaning fee" and give this guy any more business.
Owner's Response: The guests that wrote this review left our home in a mess, from beer cans and aluminum foil in the pool to a trash bag covered in maggots on the pool deck, there was food and dirty dishes scattered all over the house, and all the trash cans were left overflowing, if any other vacation owners are interested in the names of the people I will be more than glad to provide them, these people should be blackballed from ever renting from this site again and I feel sorry for the next property owner that gets stuck with a guest like this.
