Sunburst Villa is a wonderfully luxurious, exquisitely furnished, five bedroom, five bath villa with 30 foot south-facing pool, which is totally private with uninterrupted views over a beautiful scenic area. It is on over 1/4 acre of magnificent landscaped gardens. The pool and huge pool deck get the sun all day and the large lanai provides some welcome shade and a ceiling fan. The pool deck has lots of super-comfort furniture for ultimate relaxation. The superb accommodation consists of two king en-suite master bedrooms and a queen bedroom, all with luxurious orthopedic mattresses; two large twin bedrooms; two dining areas; spacious family room with large TV, ceiling fan and doors to pool. All bedrooms have TVs and ceiling fans. All telephone calls are free. WiFi available - bring your own laptop. We now have a fully air conditioned games room with 37' wall mounted TV & Nintendo Wii console along with various table games.

Just had a wonderful holiday at this fantastic villa. The pool area is huge compared to the standard Florida villa and the fact that you are not overlooked is an added bonus. This is certainly the most comfortable villa we have stayed in and we have been to several villa in the Orlando area over the years. The location for the parks, shopping malls & restaurants is excellent we have already booked to return next year, can't wait!
