Pet Free and Smoke Free Home: To accommodate our health conscious and allergy sensitive guests we have designated the 'Rockridge Romance & Honeymoon Cottage' as a Smoke Free and Pet Free Residence. We make every effort to maintain a 'Green as Possible' and Chemically Clean Environment for the healthiest possible Vacation Experience. Smokers should find other accommodations as we require that the entire property inside and outside be a smoke free zone. As a pet free zone no visiting pets belonging to your visiting friends or family are allowed inside the residence or on the property grounds during your visit. As we are dog lovers, and we have nothing personally against smokers, we own two other Evergreen Colorado Vacation homes that are Outside Smoker and Inside Pet friendly. Please call us for information about reserving one of these two pet and smoker friendly homes for your Evergreen Colorado Vacation.
