Stop 31/Shoreland Hills 5 Bedroom/3 Bath.The home has been completely updated on the interior. Upstairs there is a beautiful maple kitchen w/breakfast bar complete with appliances,cooking utensils,etc... Dining rm, Liv.rm, 3 bedrms (2 rms have double beds and the third has 2 single beds) and full bath.Downstairs there are 2 more bedrooms with one being the master that has a king size bed, master bath w/whirlpool,seperate shower, and a walk-in closet. The other bedroom has 2 single beds. There is a also a family room on the lower level along w/ an oversized laundry rm. There is a stackable washer/dryer, utility sink, 10' of cabinets, an additional freezer for frozen goods or extra bags of ice for the beach. There is also another full bath thats also off the utility room... All the baths are new,along with the beautiful hardwood floors on the upper level,ceramic baths, and a frizai carpet throughout the rest of the home. Outside there is a cedar deck w/patio set for relaxing & gas grill.

There are many activities to choose from in Michigan City, Indiana and nearby New Buffalo, Michigan. A drive down route 12 just 2 blocks south of the home will take you to either destination in just minutes. There is a beautiful 12'x 22' cedar deck for relaxing during that first cup of coffee or weather its breakfast, lunch, or dinner with family and friends. There is a creek that runs at the properties edge that brings many walks of nature including many species of birds... Very peaceful as the home faces a protected wet-land!
