The family room, separated from the media room by lovely French doors, offers a separate entertainment area complete with wet bar. Gather the gang on t he peaceful, private flagstone patio and take in the ski area mountain views around the sculptured outdoor fire pit. Relax in the outdoor hot tub, then step inside and bask in the giant steam room.
Spaciousness and Privacy: A comfortable “hearth room,” just off the great room, offers a cozy private space with its own fireplace and gorgeous mountain view. The main level master suite is a spacious retreat with a large seating area, fireplace and private deck with spectacular views of the Ten Mile Range. A cathedral ceiling, 42-inch wall-mounted flat screen TV, built-in shelving in the giant walk-in closet and jetted tub complete this hideaway. Four additional bedrooms, including two master suites, offer plenty of room for everyone to do their own thing. Ample storage and closets throughout help to set this fully furnished home apart from the rest. The caretaker’s apartment can be used as a separate, but attached, “mini- home” for guests requiring extra privacy.
Ski: Ski areas: Breckenridge Ski Resort's new Gondola's parking lot is about a mile from this home. Keystone Ski Resort is about 15 miles away, Copper Mountain about 17 miles, Arapahoe-Basin 20 miles, Vail 36 miles and Beaver Creek 45 miles. Golf courses: The Jack Nicholas-designed Breckenridge Golf Course is located within The Highlands subdivision, where home is located.
Golf: Keystone has two golf courses, Keystone Ranch Golf Course and The River Course 15 miles. Copper Mountain Golf Course 15 miles, The Raven Golf Club at Three Peaks by Tom Lehman in Silverthorne 17 miles.
