Private pool, surf and rare coastal dune lake all in one quiet neighborhood south of 30-A. The split plan allows you to love 'em and leave 'em, family or friends, when you have had enough togetherness. The kitchen is a generous size and has two dishwashers for large gatherings. The den provides ample living space, but the gulf view beckons you outside on the huge covered lanai, to daydream and relax. The third floor has a sunning deck with an even more breathtaking view. Floors two and three sleep a total of eight people. There are two kings, one queen bed and one queen sofa sleeper. The house is equipped with a stereo and a TV. There are also 3 flat panel televisions with cable in the house. Each floor has at least one DVD player. The fabulous kitchen has two dishwashers for those who love to cook with the bounty of the sea!
The lower lanai/pool deck floor is accessed by way of a spiral staircase on the gulf side or a straight run of stairs on the north. The lanai/pool floor has a den with comfy seating, three bedrooms, two full baths, (2 king size beds and one room with 2 queen sized beds). The kitchenette has a fridge with an ice maker, microwave, sink and a coffeemaker. There is a stainless gas grill on the lanai. The lanai/pool floor also has three flat panel televisions with cable. Beside the house is a shady trail through the scrub oaks takes you to the beach. The house is a short walk away from Eastern Lake, a rare coastal dune lake, where fresh water mixes with gulf water. The lake is a fascinating place for children. Young ones can spend days watching tiny fish and baby crabs in calm ankle deep water next to the surf. Kayaking and fishing on Eastern Lake is great fun too! Seaside is just up the road on the bike trail. This is a great retreat for families to gather and unwind.
