This property is as close as you can get to Sullivan's Island Beach without paying the high rental prices. A quick drive across the Cooper River Bridge to downtown Charleston lets you enjoy a day of history, shopping, and fine dining. Also, do not forget to dine nearby at the waterfront restaurants on Shem Creek. Mt Pleasant is a great Charleston area location that is close to everything but at the same time once your on-site it is a very relaxing environment. There is a wonderful pool and club house, tennis court. Quiet!

Your gonna love this place! Located in the less commercialized part of Mt. Pleasant, you can feel like you might just call this home. Walk to the grocery store, ride your bike to the Old Village or even over the marsh to Sullivans Island. Read the reviews, you can't get a better MP location. First floor means no steps to climb. We have a beautiful pool and an awesome work out room. The price is the total cost, nothing hidden. Look forward to hearing from you!

Awesome Place!

My wife and I, and another couple stayed in this wonderful condo and would highly recommend it to anyone. It had everything one would ever need and we were very impressed with all the special little touches and decorations. We were close to all the things we wanted to do (beach, Fort Sumter, the 'good' restaurants etc.). Overall, it exceeded our expectations and the owners were gracious and very helpful and informative!

An absolute MUST!

This condo is in the perfect location; close to beaches, attractions and Charleston. We are so impressed with space. The split floor plan is excellent and it is clean, neat, comfortable and in a quiet location. The owners really go out of their way to make sure your stay is comfortable. and that you have what you need. Oh, and the owners are awesome! We plan on making many more trips and we now know where we will stay.
We have already recommended this condo to several family members and plan on spreading the word to others.

Great condo and location

We stayed at the condo for a week this past July. The condo was very clean and neat and had everything you need. The bedrooms are very nice and the beds sleep great! You are close to everything you need such as grocery shopping and dining out. You just can't say enough about location - wonderful - close to beaches, dining, fishing, kayaking, shopping. Renting from the owner was easy and they were very helpful.

Great Getaway

WOW--what a great place to stay!! The location was perfect for us, convenient to everything. The condo was very clean and accomodating to all our needs. It was great for 2 couples with plenty of privacy and common areas as well. We would definitely recommend this condo and stay there on a return trip!! The Publix grocery and deli is just across the street and had a wonderful variety of convience foods and beverages. Two thumbs up and a SNAP!!!! Linda from KY

Great Home Away From Home!

My husband and I rented this condo in March; we were in Charleston for a wedding. We were very happy with our stay there. We were close to the ocean and close to downtown Charleston.(The wedding was 40 minutes away! But we knew that going in. We were looking for a place closer to the ocean.)
The owners were AWESOME! I feel like I have a new friend! She gave us good tips on places to eat and things to do.
If we ever head back to SC for a vacation, I will definitely email her!
Oh, I almost forgot. The beds were so comfortable I slept like a baby (which I don't do normally). It was hard to know which bedroom was the "master", they both were so nice.
I would totally recommend this condo to anyone!
