This charming condo in a historic Sea Captain's house offers all the amenities for easy summer living in Old Cape Cod. This 550sf, second floor unit has cathedral ceilings throughout, wide pine floors, and partial water views to Long Point Light. The bedroom has a queen bed, painted floors, and french doors out to the deck. The kitchen is small, but efficient and well appointed. It is open to the main room which is bright and airy and tastefully appointed in Provincetown Bohemian style... very interesting with lot's of art and books. The table seats 4, with a leaf to accommodate more. There is a sleeping loft with a double bed that is perfect for kids, or an adventuresome adult! The location is in the heart of the gallery district, just steps to the Mews and the harbor beach across the street. Parking is available on nearby side streets and Paypal is available for credit card payments. This is the quintessential 'Provincetown experience.' Charming, easy, relaxed, and fun!

Notes: This condo association has a beautifully landscaped yard and gardens that are for everyones enjoyment. There is also the front porch which is common area, as well as the back patio and grill area.

A Perfect Getaway Retreat

I found this gem of a condo to be the perfect place for a relaxing week on the Cape: plenty of the beautiful Cape light through the front room dormers, a bedroom overlooking a charming garden; beautifully appointed throughout. Cable TV, wireless Internet. I doubt I'd ever get a hotel or B&B room again, when a place like this is available and is, in my opinion, a much better value. Perfectly located in P'town's East End, where the art galleries are clustered and just a 5 minute walk to the center of town. The owner was very helpful with making the reservation.

One caveat: there is no on-site parking, street parking only, which is not a problem except on street cleaning days (Tuesdays and Wednesdays), on one of which you'll have to move your car. But unless you plan to motor around the Cape, there's no problem parking and forgetting your vehicle on Commercial Street.

A perfect vacation haven. I didn't want to leave!
